These Terms govern your use of Asaase Labs services and website interfaces. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

1. Services

Asaase Labs provides software development, mobile application, AI systems, cloud, and product design services.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
  • • Communicate approvals, feedback, and updates in a timely manner.
  • • Fulfill payment obligations as agreed in project terms.

3. Payments

  • • Fees are defined per project scope or contract.
  • • Payments may be milestone-based or upfront depending on agreement.
  • • Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • • Asaase Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio and case-study formats unless restricted by contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without prior consent, except where legally required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asaase Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and secure service delivery, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of contractual breach, non-payment, or misuse of services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

10. Talent Compensation Clause

  • • For project-based roles engaged through Asaase Labs, talent compensation is set at 35% commission per project worked on.
  • • Asaase Labs retains 65% to cover legal documentation, business certificates/cards, site maintenance, and customer project domain and maintenance costs.
  • • By submitting a job or career application and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this compensation structure.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
